Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack your items in the original shoe box or shipping container and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
